The warning lights on my jag have all started to appear, even though the car is working fine.
bonnet open
abs fault
dsc not available
gearbox fault
Air suspension fault
vehicle too low
The speedometer has stopped working
engine managment light
brake warning light
I would like to get the car fixed at the local dealership but i have heard a few horror stories regarding Jaguar 308 electrics taking days to diagnose and repair. the air suspension has now stopped working, any advice welcome

I have a 1999 XJ8 and recently had it to the dealership to resolve the final 2 electrical issues I had. I was quite suprised to find that they will diagnose your problem, and give you an estimate for repair for a standard charge of $130 +tax. In my case, I let them repair, as I did not have the facilities or time to do it myself.

What year and location is your car? The x308 was sold in the US through MY 2003, the X350 beginning with MY 2004. In Europe the X350 began selling with MY 2003. In any case, you should still start by looking at the battery and ground.
