Your battery is going bad. TC and ASC are sensing low voltage and not activating. Your battery needs to be load tested and you will probably find after the starter load the voltage is dropping below 11.5 and the electronics don't care for that.

I would suggest you fit a new battery, the long cranking could be a dying fuel pump, but see if the battery cures it first before going into diagnosing an issue that could be the battery condition.

Jaguars are very cranky about a low battery and will throw a hissing fit. Another thng they don't like is being rushed to start. When you turn the key to on count to 5 and then hit start. See if it cranks up better.
When the key is turned to the on position it turns the fuel pump on for 3 to 5 seconds to allow it to charge the fuel rack. If you stick the key in and go straight to start the rack doesn't have enough pressure to fire correctly causing you to have to try again.

If it continues to display that warning after you change the battery, the problem is likely within the ABS module. There are a couple of soldered connections that are known to crack. It's a matter of removing the module from the car, opening the box up, resoldering all the solder joints, replacing the cover (glue it on with epoxy for a weather-tight seal) and reinstalling the module back on the car. It's not technically difficult but getting the cover off is a bit of a pain. I'll post a link to one of the procedures that I used...

+1 for solder remedy, it's also covered in-depth here on the forum.

Save yourself a lot of grief by fitting a battery tender if your car regularly stands for a few days. CTEK is the preferred brand used by many members.

Modern Jaguars are extremely sensitive to battery condition and charge. It should always be the first thing to check and eliminate in the event of unusual electronic behaviour.
