Welcome to the forum Jaguarxjr98,
I've moved your question from Jaguar Forums Feedback & Suggestion Centre to X308 forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.
Total capacity for the transmission assembly (with torque Converter) on the supercharged models is 9.5 litres.

I believe if you get all the oil out, it is 9.5 liters, but in reality, you most likely won't get all 9.5 liters out. The torque converter stores some oil so that will need to be drained as well. Typically, I believe it is around 4-5 liters that you will be able to drain. This gearbox is also sensitive to the amount of fluid you put in it, and the level of the fluid at certain temperatures. If you haven't had transmission oil leaks, a good reference as to how much fluid you want to put in it, is however much oil you drain out of it. The fluid will be Automatic Transmission Fluid, as opposed to gear oil used on manual transmissions. The are a number of different brands that meet the standard but here is a list: MB 236.14 - Automatic transmission fluids (ATF, Specification 236.14) - Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids
Attached is also a procedure for the oil change.
Hope this helps.
