Default JTIS start drive how to change it

I received a private message from Tim Mattson saying:
I have installed JTIS and it is asking for the CD when I select anything in the app how do I get around this?

You need to go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\J JTIS2.INI
first 2 line in the file :
[File]
StartFile=C:\JTISTest\data\startup.txt The normal JTIS is C:\JTIS\data\startup.txt

The JTISTest is my test file name for my JTIS testing app

Tim's JJTIS2.INI file has the StartFile= the letter of his cd drive
He just as to change the StartFile= from his cd drive to C:

I downloaded the ENTIRE CD on my HDD and used the install from the file, not the CD.

In Tim Mattson case - he did some how have the CD as the start drive for the jtis program. Not sure how or why?
Tim just sent me a private message saying it works now after he made the change I described,
