Throttle position sensor tells the ECU the amount of opening position of the throttle butterfly . This value will go from 0 % closed to 100 % full open . Geometry O to 90 degrees is not used as a reference . The ECU gives the sensor a highly controlled reference voltage say 5.0 volts and is modified and goes back to the ECU as a changed voltage compared to the reference voltage . That's how the ECU " sees " the 0 % through 100 % butterfly position .
I have the inline 6 cylinder but the sensor on the V8 is on butterfly pivot axis .

You will first need to take out any slack of the cable, which you can do at the cable end at the Throttle Body.
Lift the small square which holds the cable, and turn it left or right to slacken or tighten the cable.
If you see the valve opening not returning to the base value (~2.5%), you turn the square a tat back.
Then check the accelerator pedal stop. In your case it might be just a stop, otherwise it is switch.
You can check by trying to push it, fixed or clicking.
If it is a stop, just turn it left or right, till you get 90-92%, not 100.
If it is a switch, do the same, but you have to be careful with the wires underneath, which are easy to break.
Basically the stop can only turn some 30 degree, but if you are not sure, pull the carpet up and watch the wires.

yes spark advance is 4-5 idle, 30 and more when accelerate.
i have adjusted this one, and now i have 100% when i push pedal to the bottom, i think this was the problem why my acceleration was slow.
