Just a quick intercooler question for the right person.

I have read a few threads and one magazine article over in England about the X308 - later model X100 engine swap. From what I understand it can be done as a direct engine for engine swap, with a few minor adjustments. My question is will a 4.2L engine intercooler bolt up where the existing 4.0L intercooler did? I have found all other information to perform this but no one specified this point. It was just mentioned as a custom intercooler, from an X350 4.2L? X100 4.2L? aftermarket from Eurotoys? or custom built for the purpose?
