Old (bnd) Mike - when I did mine it took both hands and a lot of effort to push the plate and shock back down. I do have the adaptive shocks which default to the firm setting with the engine off but shocks that compress with little effort are usually worn out

Anyone know the difference between the lower and higher priced genuine shock mounts being sold on partsgeek?x308 shock mount | Partsgeek.com for the 02 XJR with CATS/electronic adaptive suspension? My front bushings are out
