LPG conversion on 3.2l V8
Hi there,
as the fuel prices are low at the moment (currently around €1.20/l E10 here compared to €1,60/l E10 last summer), it is of course fun to drive... BUT the prices won't stay low for long and my drive to work is going to be getting longer soon (instead of 37 km/direction it'll be 60 km/direction). So I am looking into a way of saving as much cash as possible.
I will NOT buy a diesel. They cost more to run here, than they actually save (taxes are nearly twice as high, higher insurance premiums, higher buying prices) so that won't work. Nor do I like those stinking disgusting things
I don't want to part with my Jag, as I will be driving a fair bit of Autobahn and a small efficient car (say a Polo or Fiesta) isn't the right size for me.
Has anyone fitted an LPG injection system to their V8 yet? And if so, how is life with it?
Cheers
Damien

Daim, I don't think our American friends will be of much help for this, but there are quite some interesting discussions and recommendations on the Dutch Jaguar forum.
As you know, Holland is / was a typical LPG country, with several specialist installers.
Duff of your Dutch language skills
