Is it me or the ticking sound from the engine is a concern?

Hi all x308 enthusiasts,
Been having some great time with my x308 for almost a year now. I love the handling and the drive but there's two tiny but potentially growing problem: a 'ticking' sound from towards the end of the engine and a slow leak that seems to come from lower driver side of the radiator.
Firstly for the ticks: With this link to youtube (
), please find the video of the engine after an hour journey. I didn't remember of this sound when I first have it but I am not 100% sure. Is it something I should worry about and what may it be related to? The timing tension belt was changed so wasn't the old problematic one (or is it the thing I should be checking?)
Secondly, there's a very slow coolant leak from what seems like the lower driver side (UK) edge of the radiator. I can't find the source from the top but from the gap below the bumper it seems like it's from the radiator (
). It seems like the leak may sometimes even disappear but it would be worsen if I am labouring the engine (harsh acc/high rev/high speed) or using sport mode (even when driving gently). Any idea what maybe wrong? I once took it to a specialist but he insisted he can't find any problem and leak from it at all... So I would like to identify the leak before I get back to the shop.
Thank you for your patience on the lengthy video!

Thanks for the responses! Mine is a 2002 3.2 Sport version. Last Sept when I got to the garage for the leak check the mechanics had changed the thermostat so I assume the new one looks metal for me. The hose look pretty tired to me so I am guessing either some leak around the rings on the joint or water pump… is there a way I can check without dismantling anything to gain access to it? Any good materials about the cooling system or diagram I can learn from? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.
