I had earlier posted this but it was rather unreadable. I am still figuring out how to delete the earlier post but here it is under with much better formatting. I hope the experts can help me understand the results of my Torque App test which I ran off a bluetooth wireless ELM kit. Thanks in advance.

If I had to GUESS I would say there are two sensors whos readings are out of spec-
TID:$0a CID:$11
and
TID:$22 CID:$11
It also looks like the information directly above the fails is the minimum measurement needed to pass. (which it does, but it also shows a high reading as opposed to "0" so eithere sensor is wearing out OR the car was already heated up and so the reading is higher?
"time between sensor transitions" sounds like it is expecting a change within a period of time and it is not happening- My guess? Either it is the o2 sensors not seeing a mixture change fast enough or the coolant temp sensors not seeing the car warm up fast enough. What problem are we trying to resolve?

Thanks gentlemen,
It runs through and completes all the tests but never finishes the test associated with the catalytic converters. My uneducated guess has been that the two FAILs are associated with this "incompletion".
I have zero fault codes.
I look forward to even more stimulating "think together" submissions. Well, have also found this here: . Lemme know what you make of it.

I have had a similar problem with Cat converter test showing not complete. Eventually, it has shown up as complete along with the others. I have always passed emission inspection
Set up the app to monitor short term and long term fuel trims for both banks. I have mine set as dials for those and I they are also selected as parameters for logging. If your long term trims are low (say under 3) and consistent between banks that is a healthy sign and I wouldn't buy new sensors based on the other readings
You can also take a look at your Short term trims while at idle and they should be low and stable. Take a can of MAF sensor cleaner and spray it all around the intake and throttle body. Any air leaks will show up immediately by the STFT's jumping around. I found an air leak in 30 seconds although I had thoroughly checked everything previously
Do you have emission testing where you live?

Interestingly this test has a different minimum value than yours but has the same name. Mine shows 2000 as the min. not 0

Any idea of what the original operating parameters for the different "bits and pieces" are supposed to be? As in numbers?
For example:
1. What is the expected RPM at idle?
2. Expected AFR at idle and at other times?
3. Expected average STFTs and LTFTs?
etc
I also wonder why the Test result value: 65,535 seems to recur on a number of my tests!!

Well, why I am interested in Mode 6 is/was its capacity to hint at the car's performance in a simple, quite intuitive way. I would generally agree with you that test results are largely dubious but real-time information seems to be pretty solid.
It is extremely hard getting a hold of an IDS/SSD system here. Still looking for one. XJs are extremely rare units here. Well, well, all the best!
