- The cam ramps are something that were talked about but we never got around to it.

Physically you could probably fit the Mercedes W5A580 trans to the non supercharged engine but the TCM wouldn't talk to the engine ECU and you'd run into all sorts of issues such that it really wouldn't be worth it

 

Any new updates? Is she still treating you well? Any comments/compliments on your modifications?

For my X308, it seems like I have a conversation about her every time I get gas or stop long enough for somebody to park/drive up next to me.

 

I am starting on the console with my grandfather it's going to be really nice I just need to decide what kind of glasses I am going to have. I am going to order the chrome front lower air dam/splitter since mine broke off. I am connecting the fridge to the spare accessory connector in the trunk. I also want to add a Bluetooth recover into the cell phone pre wire so it looks stock but I have no idea how to wire it in without an ugly unit on the dash, I want to use the existing buttons.

 

Also, is there anything on the 4.0 xk8 engine that differs it from the xj8's like performance wise

 

as far as i know (im not an expert but i know sort of enough to get by) there identical as per model so a 4.0 N/A V8 is the same regardless to XK8 or XJ8 same as a 4.0 Supercharged V8 is the same as the XKR, XJR and XJ VDP SuperV8
