Need your parts resource
I'm in a pinch. My 01 XJ8 has developed a leak in the octupus hose. I'd made another post looking for help identifying the part # (thanks Jim). I've spent most of the day today trying to find part number MNC6733AE, but it's on backorder everywhere I've looked. i'm looking for info on any resources you might have used in the past ( probably easier to look through your's, than list the one's I've contacted today) I had one supplier tell me to call back next Friday but one told me Sept 25th (with everybody on backorder I imagine I'm looking at the 25th for most of them). I need to fix it ASAP, and could probably keep driving it as long as I keep an eye on the coolant level, but I'm hesitant since it's leaking from the hose (not a connection) under pressure. My wife drives it, and she's already dealt with the crossover disentegrating on her so I really don't want her to have to deal with another blow out. Thanks for any help.

I'm totally new to the whole jag thing. Just purchased a 97 xk8. I got all the parts for my engine at carquest. They get foreign parts from worldpac which is very very good at having just about any part you can imagine. So far I've saved 310.00 and all the parts came in jaguar boxes or bags. Good luck, Jeremy

All the chain auto parts stores carry or have overnight a large number of parts for these cars but there are still many that only the dealer or an on-line specialist will have available. A couple of dealers have discovered that they can make money with on-line sales and you will find that they have become very competitive with the specialists.
I have both Nalley and Coventry West within driving distance so I have everything covered.
