Hello I am new here but I believe our threads may have mutual interst I am attempting to install 12 way seats from a Xj8i into a Chevrolet truck but I am at a loss on the multitude of the wiring and hook up. I will be fabricating an adapter to install into my stock chevy bolts holes. Dave

On your project I was curious if you are going to proceed. Getting the seats secured to your floor is rather simple unless your floor has a lot of other obstructions and if you need help with that I might be able to help you. Where are you located?

The seat module tells the seat what to do. Push the forward button and the module tells it to move forward. You dont need most of the module functions but power goes thru the module to the drive that the switch powers. If you provide power to the module it can then contol the seat function. I am in Winchester/Temecull California area.

Well from the pictures who ever removed them didn't do you any favors. I took a look at the 2005 12 way seat diagram and to me it looks doable to make it work.
