No crank no start

Because of this second sentence in the first post..."The car was being driven daily until one morning it presented with a no crank situation." The bore wash scenario only happens when you can crank it.

Aw that is how my first time happened ..second time it was handed to me like that..is to say someone else flooded it..glad I asked the ?I had the problem 3times

Vonnslingo, thanks and it’s a good idea except that I can’t even get the car to turn over on its own. I had read about this condition however, and it did cross my mind as to why the car may not be starting when I “jump start” the starter solenoid if you will. I now pretty firmly feel there is no fuel pressure due to bad key, or immobilization of some sort. I’m just not sure what else to think it could be. The odd thing is the random things that appear not to work as well. I just don’t know. I’m going to see about having new keys done next week while I’m off work, and will let you all know then.
