No heat,AC works fine. I have pulled both the heater valve and aux. pump and both are working. Any ideas?

yes, check the hose routing to make sure the valve has correct inlet and outlet pairing.

Spark,
I checked the routing and everything is correct. The other thing I am looking at is the wiring/relay. In my manual it shows an R7 relay for the Aux Pump. The other relays in the fuse box are R1. When I went to check it ,they are all of the same value as the R1. Is there a different relay value for the R7? I know the positions are listed 1,2 3 etc..,but in the book I have it shows an R7 relay and all the other relays in that block listed as R1. Jaguar dealer locally just said he had brown or black relays and did not know if any of the browns were different from each other.

Well if the pump is indeed running like you say, then it does not matter what relay is installed.

OK,
I pulled out the heater valve and put in a bypass. Now I get luke warm heat when standing still. Still nothing really warm. Pump is running. Could the heater core be blocked?

Yes- especially if you have used the "green stuff". Try backflushing, flushing with "kettle cleaner" , or replacing the matrix "core" like I had to. That is a PITA- the steering column's in the way on LHD cars.

Since you have a little heat, you may get a flush to clean it out. Mine was plugged a bit, but after a complete flush and coolant replacement, it's MUCH better heat output. I think I avoided a heater core replacement.

Did the flush and it worked! Must have been clogged from all the years of not being used. Thanks all for the help.
