Hi guys my car stereo suddenly stopped working. I replaced the license plate bulbs i forgot to turn the ignition off anyway i burnt 5a fuse which was in the trunk Fuse box . The surprise is the stereo stopped working there's no power to it at all we checked all Fuses under rear seats fuse boxes and in the trunk box all fuse working fine . We pulled the stereo itself and my mechanic friend said there's no electricity in the harness the stereo the unit itself is fine . Is there any other Fuses boxes? We checked every fuse box under the hood , in trunk and both heelboard box .
Any other Fuses or relays??
Thanks

So, you need to go to the Audio System fuse and have your mechanic check whether you have power at the circuit there.
It would benefit you to pick up an owners manual. It will detail all this for you. As a matter of fact, note in the top left (4-20) is the page from the owners manual.
You don't need to know electronics to figure this out or to tell Addicted which fuse it was.
