OBD connector dongle - what harness is it on?

OBD connector dongle - what harness is it on?
Hi All,
Does anyone know what harness the OBD dongle is on? I have a 2000 XJ8 instrument panel wiring harness but the OBD connector is not part of it. Same with the engine management wiring harness. My connector is in bad shape and I want to replace it / and or / the harness it is on as I believe it was damanged when the cab heating coil ruptured (connector is right underneath the heating coil O rings.
