Odd noise when accelerating from cold start

Hi,
I have had this noise since I had the car and always assumed it was due to having an exhaust job done.
However, I wanted to be safe and ensure it's nothing else as I am now planning on selling the car.
You will hear the noise in the first few seconds of the video. It's much louder in reality.
It only occurs for a few seconds when starting from cold, however, there was a one-off occasion where I heard it when the car was warmed up fairly well.

I'll be sure to let the body shop know to get their input on the sound.

Albeit that was very brief but, to me that sounds like a transmission noise. One of the reasons it goes away when warmed up is that the trans fluid expands. An example is that power steering as well as coolant also have a hot and cold level because they too expand. If the transmission fluid is low and/or dirty, it may need changed or at least checked for a possible leak. I’d get it looked at very soon.

I've seen this guide:

and this

which one is correct?
