Oil Level 4.0 AJ-V8 x308

I read somewhere there was a TSB regarding the oil level on the 4.0 liter. I have an early car, 97 build date. I can't seem to find it anymore, the TSB not the car. Is there an upgraded dipstick or oil level?

Google jaguar tech bulletin 100-17, the jag repair one will come up.
