Having just fitted a replacement UK passenger door mirror(the third one) I am so disappointed to find it going bad yet again. Fitted about 4-5 weeks or so ago. This time it sometimes folds but won't unfold at all, though motor can be heard running. (Motor also runs on when folding)
Is there perhaps a common fault that can cause motor drives to come loose, or something similar that I can look at ? These powerfold mirrors aren't cheap, even second hand!! Cheers.
