Burnt out motor controls under the seat or by pure luck they only kicked a connection loose there. Once you diagnose that by taking out the seat and metering it or letting an a body shop do it, then it sounds like scrap yard hunting. There's tons of yards with cars with good seat carriages. The easiest way is to go to an online scrap yard search and let them respond to you so you can compare pricing. They test them and usually have 30 day to 12 month guarantees.
