You must not be reading correctly.
The TSB's clearly state that the latest red/orange coolant is suitable for your vehicle ... The concern Jaguar had back around 2000 was that the older yellow fluid would not be properly flushed out of the vehicle .. so they did not recommend doing the switch to red/orange.
The worry was the mixing of the fluids -- not the red/orange fluid hurting the car. My dealer did the switch from yellow to red/orange -- they had a flush machine capable of removing all the yellow coolant.
No on this board has any idea of your capacity to remove all the old fluid -- if you can great -- use the red/orange. If you can't - use the yellow specification as it will tolerate some differences. Jaguar never used the green in the X308 -- it's not suitable. I find it funny you keep going back to the one fluid that was never used.
Pentosin is a first fill OEM supplier -- they make good products as does Fuchs. Can be more $$ vs going to the dealer. Autohaus ships for free when you hit $75 dollars .. I often get fluids from them when I'm putting together an order. You could have had the correct fluid at your door by this time -- free ship no tax.

Gaskets made of Nylon 66 plastic, yes. As far as I know, GM was the only manufacturer to use Nylon 66 in gaskets exposed to coolant. Jaguar has been using OAT (Dexcool) type coolants for 15 years now with no issues, so I assume their gaskets are up to the task.
