It is part# BEC19939 and it is called "undertray" in the JEPC parts catalog, also JTIS calls it "Radiator Splash Guard", Amazon.com calls it "Skid Plate".

Here is a diagram of it on jaguar classic parts (item# 26):

Part no. BEC19939 | Undertray parts from Jaguar Classic Parts UK

The bumper holes where they would insert are cracked, would that method suffice?

I have seen nut and bolt rigged up under there when I got it.

The 3M Automix™ EZ Sand Flexible Parts Repair Kit, 05896 is $67.52 for 2) 13 oz tubes on amazon website. They also have it in a kit of 2) 5 oz tubes for $37.98.

I would probably buy the new undertray that is on Amazon for $71.23.

Jim, I wished you had found me this good deal before,LOL

I would definitely get one at this price, the best I found before was at least 100 dollars.

otherwise I would not think of this alternative

we all appreciate Jim' participation on this forum

You should only have to secure the back end, inside the wheel well, and that will stop it moving.
Jim,,, do you have a part number for this piece that clips in at the bumper and holds the pipe?

Do these looks good? Need more than four? There is one clip/tab in the bumper end piece. Second pic shows depth of screws.
