Hi
Forum member test point mentioned this fix in an earlier Norma Connector forum thread- many people cut them out and use a piece of 5/8" heater hose and a couple clamps to replace them.
Since the norma connector or quick connect is already leaking, you might be able to just cut out the connector as test point sugguested.
If the part in your photo is the one-way (non return) valve that is leaking, then you will probably have to replace the octopus hose. There are 2 of these one-way valves in the octopus hose.
Here is a JPEG I created and tried to identify where all the hoses and other component are located and how they are related (when the dropbox webpage opens, click anywhere on the image to get a sharper view):

Since the water valve is the main component where most of the heater hoses are connected to it, I found several photos on the internet that I included in the following JPEG file:

....Here comes the "while your at it" train...
If your going to remove the throttle body, you probably want to replace the valley hoses under the manifold as well- you don't want to fix one hose only to have to rip things apart a few months later... there are some other random hoses as well- may as well do them all.

^^
I'm already kicking myself for not riding the "while you're at it" train about 6 months ago, when I had the heater return hose bust and had the car in the shop where they took the manifold off and replaced both of the hoses running through there... But then again, I already spend more $$$ on that fix than I wanted to...
