Don't know your part number, but see if this is correct. There's no pics, but the description sounds correct. I'd call them for sure....I've ordered from them before, nice folks.

Thanks,
500 quid each for the black! Have also seen the bright finish waist seals approaching $500 at some places.
So much easier and cheaper with the TR6 as everything is being remanufactured, although there are some dodgy parts and suppliers.
There are used seals available but difficult to tell the condition in the photos.
I think I will pick up some of the bright seals and paint them. Maybe SEM products or 2k rattle can satin, with appropriate prep.

On my project car, an ‘02 x308 sport, the black waist seals were totally blown out and trashed, so other solutions were needed. I tried all sorts of proprietary, rubbish rubber seals and none were good enough.
In desperation, I ended up furtively skulking around Sainsbury’s car park one lunchtime with a duff waist seal checking out various models of car for a close match to the profile and length. No1. result…Vauxhall Corsa ’D’, 3dr. Managed to get 2 pairs from a scrap yard for £60. A couple of hours work with my Dremel and, hey presto, RESULT! Only a true X300/308 aficionado would ever spot them. I don’t think they’ll blow out like the old ones, but if they do, at £15 a throw, it’s not too disastrous. There’s still a slight bulge over the c-pillar, but I might need to do a bit more trimming and that should solve the problem. Not perfect, but way better than spending c. 50% the value of the car to replace all four!

That is correct. Until recently both companies were part of the GM empire and Vauxhalls were basically rebadged Opels, Opel being the continental European operation. The cars in your images are indeed the ones that we’re talking about.

As this thread has been revived, I'll add my experiences with black waist rails on a number of Jaguar models.
My X308 Sovereign had stainless (bright finish) waist rails but my previous X300 Sport had satin (black finish) ones. A slight scratch by a passing 'admirer' revealed these were simply painted stainless! A similar satin repaint could be carried out if a bright finish X308 one becomes available.
Alternatively, it's remarkable how very badly corroded waist rails can be refurbished. I did this on my 2005 XK8 which had the black ones. See post #21 in this thread:
