Is it possible to put XK wheels on an XJ?

All XK wheels with the 5x120.65 pcd will fit, the rears get tight if you're running anything bigger than a 275 though.
Or, as Vincent has said, you can run almost anything at all with the right set of adaptors.
There are a few pics on the internet of people running 20" BBS on their XJ's, try searching for "Detroit", "Persius" or "Montreal", I think they were the names of the 3 styles

ok,I had posted my thread before about my Senta wheel conversion journey. It was pain in the butt since I had no experience and knowledge about the wheels. learned a hard lesson during the journey but I love the out come.
ok,let's get started. my XJR comes with Asteriod wheels but I always wanted Senta Chrome. I found out they were in very different bolt pattern-5X108 vs our X308 with 5X120.
ok, I gtg,to be continued。
now, borehub size. another pain in the butt about jaguar x308 is it's running 74mm.also be mindful that the original lugnut thread size is .5 by 20.
let's talk about my replacement rims, shall we. the style is called senta and i found out they are staggered so i could only to use thinner adapters-20mm thick with bolt pattern conversion. that's the thinnest adapter they could make with pattern conversion but also at the same time the thickest i could have before rubbing the wheel arches. still i had to put a footnote here that i still had to trim off a but the original lug in order to allow the adapter sitting flat on the hub. any gap and space will create huge vibration and absolutely a dangerous move. a big nono. also i had to roll the wheel arch to accomdate the senta wheels. our jag is made of very good quality steel and fender roller wont work. i used a carbody repair hammer and a block of wood. take some time and patient.
front is pretty straight forward and i used thicker 1.25 inch adapters.
i learned it my way by lossing or wasting an extra pair of adapters and a pair of rear tires and countless times and effort mounting and demounting wheels.
don't even mention how open lugnuts i ordered because the wrong thread size and thickness.
in conclusion, it's all about precise measurement and doing your homework.
i didn't have mechanical knowledge about wheels so i just learned and relearn from my own experiment. so don't laugh and i hope it will help to cut someones wheel conversion journey short and less frustrated. good luck
