Power steering reservoir bushing

Hi skinnypuppy_22,
It is helpful if you add the year, model, engine type and mileage of your Jag to your signature line so others don't have to ask. Without this information, many questions are impossible to answer accurately.
Regarding the P/S fluid reservoir bushings or grommets, here's a photo of Jaguar part C2C16681:
And on the left in this photo are generic wiper motor bushings commonly available at local auto parts stores that may work for your reservoir. If they're not quite thick enough, then on each end you can add a rubber washer from the plumbing department of a hardware store as shown on the right:
