Default Pulling the tunes

Decided it's time to do something about this lack of connectivity in the car. Or, rather, the fact that my Jabra cruiser Bluetooth speakerphone w/FM transmitter finally died, made my choice for me. I like having my phone connected, but also having a microphone close enough where they can hear me (hence the speakerphone on the visor). But unfortunately there aren't many choices when it comes to Bluetooth FM transmitters with options for an external microphone (short of spending 100 bucks on another speakerphone style).

So, rather than spend the money on just an accessory, I've decided that it's time to update the head unit. Still have yet to decide on a particular model.

It also means that I'll be putting the in-dash factory unit, CD Changer, and Nav brain on ebay this weekend, see if I can unload it fairly quickly as a package deal for anyone that might have busted pieces themselves and want to remain stock. If anyone's interested, let me know.

So.. single DIN by itself.... or flip out DVD unit... decisions, decisions...

You forgot the best, but hardest option, which is a proper double din unit.
Singles leave a big blank space, a fold-out unit will cover the rest of your aircon controls etc, but double din means a custom install

My guy didn't have too rough of an install. Pic doesn't do it justice, it's really clean in person.

So did he have to cut anything to get it to fit? I've heard that if you don't cut something that it would be tilted down. Yours looks like it should. Any more pics?

I'm finishing up an interior cleaning,I'll get some more pics. Not sure what all took place during the install, but my bill reflects it wasn't that taxing as I've had others' that reflected a monumental struggle lol.
