Here is a link to a current eBay listing for the complete kit:

Jaguar Land Rover Crankshaft Pulley Master Timing Kit Set Rent or Buy | eBay

The kit for just the secondary tensioner tools has been listed lately for about $200 but I do not find it at the moment. The smaller box of tools is for removing the crank pulley for the primary tensioners.

Have you looked into the zip tie method?

You will get a better response to this as a WTB (Wanted to Buy) in PRIVATE For Sale / Trade or Buy Classifieds - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum or in XK8/XKR forum where many members have replaced their tensioners.

An attention grabbing thread title will also help e.g.

Timing chain tensioner tool kit for sale?

Good luck.
