Default Radio antennae cable adapter

I bought a TT-2C antennae to install in the Trunk of my XJR. It has the standard male plug. The connector at the mast is not familiar to me. Anyone know what type is and where I might find an adapter that would convert the antennae cable ( that goes to the radio) to a female connector for the standard male plug?

Thanks for any help.

Does nobody have any insights about this? I'd quite like to know as well.

Talking Solution !

I sent an email to fellow forum member " Saint317" who had installed a TT-2c. He kindly responded with what he used to make the cable conversion. I found one on Ebay ( link below) and ordered. It will arrive to me this Tuesday and I will report if it is the right fit.

Default Antennae update

Well guys as it turns out that adapter is NOT the correct one. The female Motorola end is fine but the connector that goes to the antennae cable is too large. So back to square one.

Could you post up a few more pictures of the plugs?

Really appreciate you following up on this, Ronco1. I'm surprised that nobody here seems to have an answer, but perhaps you'll be the first!
