Not a fan of the wheels myself. Otherwise, looks good.

IMO, these XJs don't seem to go well with aftermarket wheels. Some of the wheels off the later previous gen XK work with the XJs look though.

I think the wheels work well with the car, best looking non-original wheels i've ever seen pictures of on an XJ. The smoked-out lights are always nice on darker colored cars. overall a tastefully modified X308

The smoked lenses are a step back, they look like x300 lamps. You could add a tint to the rear glass to balance it. Loose the smoked lenses, get the car looking how it should. The mods devalue the car, much better to spend the money on getting it mechanically up to scratch.

These XJ's run a maximum of 19's - 20's aren't a good idea because they add lots of stress to the suspension. I agree a set of Milan's will bring the handling back to how it should be, plus the cost of 20" tyres against 18" they're much cheaper.

everyone seems to have there own taste in this, i want to get the windows smoked aswell with the rims im after 18s on brembo, what ofset do i have to look for?

Those wheels are not my cup of tea either .Still, I gotta tell you that I have seen worse ones . I would rate them 3 out of 5
