Default Rear Hub

The inner bearing on the left rear hub on my 98xj8 totally came apart. My wife said it was making a noise and pulling once in a while. I took it for a test drive and heard and felt nothing. I finished with my daughter's BMW yesterday and my lift was clear so I thought I would check the Xj8 out to see if I could see anything.

Just as soon as the car left the ground the bottom of the left rear tire kicked inward. Grabbed the wheel and there was a ton of play up and down and side to side. Than told me it was probably the bearings.
Took the nut off the hub and used a puller to get the hub off the spline. Leaving the hub attached to the car at the piviot, I don't know the correct names for each of these parts. I removed the speed sensor ring and could see where it had been rubbing against the hub, I think this is the noise the wife heard. Removed the inner seal, or what was left of it, and the rollers from the bearing fell out.
Instead of trying to repair this damaged hub my plan is to take the one off my 98xj8l donor car. I read that there are shims on the piviot shaft and my question is do I use the piviot shaft and shims from the donor car or the one on the xj8. Also any tips you might have doing the repair.

The lower fulcrum preload is already set up for the replacement hub.
Just swap the entire hub and half shaft to the car.

Installed the hub from the XJ8L and everything is back together. All I need in is a new nut for the hub, they are single use. I don't have the time to order one online so I will pick up one at a local Jaguar dealer tomorrow.
Thanks again for the advise Bob. It went smoothly.
