Rear windshield

Rear windshield
Good day fellow 308 owners! It's now becoming spring and the UV rays are increasing. I park the Jag everyday outside ( there's no shade parking ); the front away from the sun however; in the afternoons the sun hits directly at the rear window hitting the back seats.
My question is; does the rear windshield have any UV protection? Or should I invest in a rear sunshade or a second windshield cover like I have for the front one?
I'm worried about the UV rays harming the leather / plastics even though I have conditioner on there, and protection on all of the plastics.
Thank you everyone and have a good rest of the week!

That may be a question for a Jag Service Rep or ask a glass company, if anyone would know it should be them to be sure you get the correct glass for insurance purposes. But in my case, I'm saying no...I had my front seats repaired and dyed because of sun rot from the previous owner. Since I've had it she's been garage kept. You may want to see a tint store, not to tint it necessarily, but there are uv reflective films you may want to consider. This way your not putting the sun visor in each time.
