Removing / Replacing Battery

Well, I went to move the Jag, and it wouldn't start, and the battery would not accept a charge.
Luckily I had put a Sears Die Hard in it, and this is the first Die Hard in any of my cars to go bad before the warranty was up so I got a new one.
The new one wasn't charged up like they told me (the trunk lights didn't even come on), so I charged it overnight.
The difficult part of removing the battery was the battery tray is held down by a T-40 Torx bit bolt, and this Torx size was larger than any I had.
And only one side would come free. I sprayed liquid wrench on the other one and let it sit overnight twice, but it barely budged. Managed to get the battery in fine with only one of the tie downs off, but it would have been easier with both.
There was also a wiring harness that was by the battery but not hooked up to anything. My car used to have the phone in it, so it might have been for that. I will try and take a picture of it when I check the battery this afternoon.

I recall reading somewhere over the course of the last couple of years that the unused connector was relating to the overseas transporting of the vehicle. I believe we all have that same unused connector in the battery compartment. Mine is tied to the loom going down the outboard side of the compartment.
