Replacing all drive belts...?

So I took my 2001 XJR into the dealer for some scheduled maintenance and I wanted to get a quote on replacing my serpentine belt as it sounded like it was squeaking. And to their confirmation, they stated "ALL" my belts were excessively glazed. Now, I am only aware of 1 belt in my XJR, that being the serpentine belt. Is that correct?
They quoted me to replace "ALL" my belts for $701.98; I find that to be absurd since that belt Around $100 at best.
I'm sure that the belt is glazed; I had to replace my battery within the last 2-3 months as it died and I'm assuming that was what may have caused it. The car only has 85k miles and I'm pretty certain nothing else is an issue after my inspection.

ok your in the wrong xj forum . but there are two belts all the same . one for the supercharger and one for the ancillaries, water pump . alternator, A/C , P/S .
NOW the price is high , but not too bad if they are planing to replace your idler bearings and tensioners with in this cost . some how i doubt it though . well worth an ask .

You have two belts... One for the waterpump, power steering pump and alternator. The other one for the supercharger.
If you look how much space you have in front of the engine to access the belts, you'll understand why it can cost. There is no space and it cam require removal of many parts just to get to the belts...

Take the radiator fans out and you should have no problems with reaching the belts. Two 10mm bolts up top, undo wiring connector, the whole thing slides out from the top. Be sure to have a picture of the accessory belt routing handy the first couple times you do it. Belts should be available online for around $30 ea, maybe a bit more for OE Jag belts? Quick search shows OE Original Jaguar belts around 100-120 each, seems a bit excessive for belts... Looking at the photos of the OE belts it looks like Dayco is the manufacturer of them.
Be sure to spray all the pulleys down with brake cleaner and use a steel wire brush to clean them up so your new belt doesn't squeal.

On my 2002 XJR...
I pulled the electric fans up and out; replaced both belts and all pulley bearings in less than 2 hours. That includes removing both tensioners and both idler pulleys, pressing out the old bearings and pressing in new ones, re-installing it all (with new belts) and replacing the electric fan assembly. My total cost for both belts and all four bearings was about $80 (almost $100 if you include the shipping for the bearings). Super smooth and quiet up there now.

So, I think it's obvious I'm pretty new to the doing work on my jag, or any car for that matter... how exactly did you get the fan wiring disconnected? It is a bit tight, and I can't quite see in there.
I was having a look around in there today, and I also noticed you can't take the accessory belt out without taking off the SC belt. So regardless it makes sense to just change them both.

If you are just going to replace the belts it is a pretty simple job. Cost me about 60$ CAD for the belts(Rockauto) and maybe 30 mins to do. The supercharger belt can be a little tricky to get out of the tensioner (you have to turn the belt 90 degrees and pull up). You do not need to pull the fans to do this either.
