Default Replacing rear vent

I just purchased a "brand new" 1998 Jaguar XJ8 L with 30k miles on it. It's in perfect condition other than some individual things.

One thing that's broken is the plastic in the rear vent. Before I purchase a new one, I wonder: Is it possible to replace the one I have with the one that has a lighter outlet in it? I wonder if the wiring for the lighter outlet is in place.

This is the one I would like to use (with the lighter outlet)

The one I now have.

Thank you for the help in advance!

Yes, the wiring is all there. If I remember correctly, if you remove the trim piece from the one that doesn't have the cig lighter, you shall find a cig lighter under there...not sure, it's been a while since I did that to mine. But the wiring is 100% there.
