Restricted air flow through AC vents
I`m having a issue with air flow being restricted. The AC is icy cold and the fan is working. I`m not getting good flow even with the fan on high. What is going on here? Its not fun to drive when its in the upper 90s with 70% humidity. Is this something easy to remedy? Since I`m not very mechanical, what will this cost to repair. Thank you

Or....
One of the "doors" that move to direct airflow to your choice of defrost, floor vents and dash vents is stuck.
Old foam in the vent system can degrade and fall apart, blocking movement of critical parts or clogging the system too.
Do you have air flow coming out of any of the outlets other than the dash?

I had the exact same problem when I bought my cat.
The air coming out of the vents was COLD, but it was barely coming out of the vents.
The X308 has TWO fans for the heater/AC ducting. My passenger fan was not working because one of the wires had somehow worn on the framing under the glove box and separated itself. Of course I didn't discover this until I removed the passenger fan assembly and bench tested it and it worked!
What you should do is see if both fans are indeed working.
You can sent the EATC system in re-circulation mode and look at the fans. The drivers side one is accessible once you remove the little pocket above your left knee, and the passenger one is visible if you drop the glove box.
I bet you have one fan non-op.
