Default REV-Limiter question on 98 XJR

So when you hit the redline, do our cars cut spark or fuel?

Both iirc, it is very abrupt and always scary to hear this happen on the dyno.

Well with a forced induction motor I thought that it would cut spark instead of fuel.

I'm thinking on running nitrous on the car so I'm concerned.

I know the redline/ rpm limiter in the XJ8 (all N/A 4.0s)
are 6800 and 7000 respectively,

What is the redline/ fuel cutoff in the XJR?

I know peak power is at 6150, I assume it
will rev past 6150.

(really hoping this post in an old thread gets noticed)

Ian
