too large will make your ride very bumpy and slow down the performance.

yeah the factory wheels should be good enough for these cars. these cars are tested for hundreds of hours for ride comfort, performance, and handling. fitting larger than factory wheels by more than maybe an inch larger will decrease your performance, decrease your ride comfort, and decrease your wallet.

I totally agree again and I think the largest should get is 20 and you need to tune your suspension also.
