Default Rotor Removal bolt - never seen this

Does anyone know where to get a tool for this? I really prefer not to drill it out or put in a shop for a rotor/brake job. Thanks

It would be most helpful if we knew what vehicle you are working on. What it is you are attempting to do. Where the rotor is located on the vehicle.
Offhand that looks like a locating dowel and not a fastener, but without the above info we all would be guessing.

Hey avern1, I believe that is the rear hub, I think its the retaining pin. Like you said, we'd be guessing.
Reluctantmechanic, have you remove the rotor/hub from the spindle to see what it was?

Again guys, my mistake. This standard rotor (non-brembo) does not have a retaining bolt on the rear - 2002 XJR standard brakes. What i encountered was the port to the parking brake adjuster.

It's been a long time since I've seen so much corrosion on the wheel retaining studs. You're lucky that none of them snapped during lug nut removal.
