I actually questioned that exact same thing when Stu posted such. He said the Queen Mum simply tools around without escort or armor just like anyone else. I was taken aback on that.

I know the later sedans (X350) can be had with B6 armor plating because IDS will ask for a YES or NO when that question is asked during equipment verification.
