So 3 monthes later I receive a letter addressed from my station's regional headquarters(Shell). Inside was a very personable letter expressing concern & sorrow that their product was sub-standard along w/ a $100 gas card ! I didn't realize my discussion w/ the station's owner carried this much weight.
Goes to show, not every business these days is nonchalant about customer service !
