Default Running Lean, CEL, Res. Perf, Throws "rich" codes.

I've posted some of this stuff before, and from what I've seen of these posts they're all containing nothing.

I have a CEL/ Restricted Performance, the exhaust analysis I did shows it's running lean, and the Engine throws PO172 and PO175. I'm having the fuel filter changed wednesday (its thousands of miles overdue). And I have had a DIAG on the car from Jaguar Tulsa, and they can't figure out what's wrong.

I have some loss of power I've noticed.

P.S., I'm thinking about changing the trans fluid (it isn't performing all that well, nothings 'wrong' but it isn't 100%) but if the transmission gets killed in the process I'm going to have to drain every cent I have on this car. Has anyone in the forums had a transmission serviced, that was acting like mine, and it didn't die? A Ford and GM, the last 2 of my cars the trans were flushed in, by dealers, had to have their transmissions replaced. Is that a good potentiality on my car? Or is that not a problem?

Sounds like a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak.
