Default S/C cross over fuel pipe fix ideas

So as things go with a Jaguar I am in a bind. I am chasing some lean conditions under load and decided to test fuel pressure at the rail.
Some how/way I dropped the Schrader valve adapter fitting underneath the line and while trying to fish it out (brass so magnet wouldn't work) I busted the fuel pipe right at the base. It is part number 1 below:

I broke the pipe on the right side where the pipe attaches going left to right. There is a bolt underneath the pipe show in pic to take pipe off on both sides, it's a m6x16.

It dont think I can somehow "fix" the pipe as is. It will need to be replaced. It do not know if I can get a socket or wrench under the pipe to back the screw out so only option would be to pull the S/C, intercoolers, TB, Fuel rail and injectors to get to the whole fuel rail to replace.
The upside is I can then rebuild everything up right, replace intake manifold gaskets, clean and test injectors, clean intercoolers, part load breather, all other gaskets and rings and look for any other issues.

The downside is well, everything else. I'm looking at days of work, could be quite a bit in parts and I have a hundred other things I could be doing.

Anyone ever replace this part? Any ideas how to fix this?

With up to 45 psi, I'd replace it.

I think your first sentence tells the story, and your fix as described would be the solution. I have my SC removed so I went out and took a pic of the crossover line. If you visualize the SC with the adapter that fits under the fuel line, and the coolant hose to the crossover pipe in place, it appears to be impossible to maneuver the pipe clear. And, as you stated, you just might fix that lean condition in the process. I have mine apart for the same reason; my LTFTs were running +8.6 on Bank 1 and +3.9 on Bank 2. I was also getting some high coolant temps under load, so all gaskets, seals, and coolant hoses are being replaced along with checking for any obstructions.

Having fun in the garage !!

Thanks for the thoughtful, clear, concise and horrifying response.

my trims get up to 18% and the SC is probably due for a rebuild. I've always had gaskets and everything on list of things to do but now is about the worst time possible.

ant chance you got a basic parts list for rebuild? I've seen the SC rebuild kits and know to go to 4.2 gaskets. Anything else that would help?

Good Morning, Kernel !! Sorry that I was so brutal in concurring to your dilemma. Here's the beginning list of gaskets and seals, with a few hoses and clamps thrown in:

2 x NCC3018AB Gasket Intercooler to Manifold Adapter
2 x NCC3020AA Gasket Manifold Adapter to Head
2 x C2C11477 Crossover Pipe to Head Seal
NCC7754BA Gasket Induction Elbow
NNE3021AC Gasket Throttle Body to Elbow
NCC7735BA Supercharger Top (Outlet) Seal
JHC301720 Cooling System Clamp 27mm
AJ87634 Heater Hose; Crossover
NNE3946CA Heater Hose
AJ811638 coolant hose
KSC137624 O-Ring, bypass valve to manifold

4 x JHC301621 cooling system clamp
NCA4771DA EGR pipe gasket
AJ88560 EGR gasket

I think that the 4.2 gaskets that are used are only the head gaskets, if you have to go that far in this job.

I have to go play a round of golf; I'll check in later ...
