Seat operation

The seat control module handles that function. Swap with passenger seat to verify operation. Mine doesn't work either so I programed memory position 2 to raise the steering wheel and move the seat back. One of these days I need to replace both seat modules.
Since the module says FORD on the case I tried to find a Ford unit that would work without success. The Ford modules are less than a hundred bucks at the parts counter compared to, if I remember correctly, about $800 at the Jaguar dealer.

I don't think they're separately switchable... either they both move or neither one moves.
I'd like to have it so that only the steering wheel moves up&away though, as I'm not very tall and it takes a long time for the seat to move that far forward... whatever is broken on your car I'd like to replicate on mine![Big Grin](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Edit: Maybe I should refresh before replying... I guess I write too slow
Thanks to Test Point for the memory function tip!

There are a lot of opinions on how this is done.
I can tell you what I did, and already my mileage went up.
I took the negative cable off the battery and held it on the positive terminal for about 10 or so seconds.
There are some opinions that say that's NOT how it's done. Others say the ignition switch should be on to clear the ECM.
My way worked for me.
