seats not working

Operation is controlled by a module located under the front edge of the seat. It is easily removed by removing a couple bolts and the two connectors. Test procedure is to swap modules with the other seat and see what happens. If you have two failed modules I would suggest looking for an used one as they are incredibly expensive at the parts counter. Try car-parts.com and remember that used parts prices are fully negotiable. I got one shipped for under a hundred dollars. A common failure point is a circuit board line at the edge of the board that is rubbed by the plastic housing. Many have been able to repair with a small soldering iron.
If that doesn't solve the problem look to the switch pack on the side of the seat. I took one apart and resolved a connection problem .
. . . and welcome to the forum!

Front Seat switchpack - fuses/relays & other postings
Welcome to the forum
Make sure all the motor cables are plugged into their sockets
Here is information on the Front Seat switchpack fuses & Relays.
Check that fuses are not blown:
Fuses for Front Seats
Passenger seat switchpack – Healboard Fuse Box – Right hand side - Fuse number 9 -- 5 AMPS
Driver seat switchpack – Healboard Fuse Box – Left hand side - Fuse number 8 -- 5 AMPS (Fuse 8 is also shared with Steering column adjust switch)
Front Seat Relays are located under each front seat (for that seat).

15. Position slider/motor assembly and seat frame for access and drill out pop rivets securing LH slider to seat frame.
