Default Sliding Roof Removing/Adjusting/Installing

I created a new PDF file from the JTIS software that covers Sliding Roof Removal, Adjustments, and installation.
The PDF is 20 pages.

Here is weblink to the PDF file - my dropbox account:

I just took a sliding roof out of a junked car this weekend. MY BIGGEST TAKE AWAY: cut the rubber hoses to the drains first thing.. I left the back ones on and when I fully unbolted the roof, the weight of it coming down in my hands broke the rear plastic drain guides, leaving the nozzles broken off still in the rubber drain tubes. I guess I thought that the tubes would pop off instead of breaking the plastic drain guide off. I thought wrongly.

Other wise it was pretty easy. I dont know if I can somehow make new drain guides, and silly me left the broken plastic tips dangling there in the rubber tubes still in the junked car, (2 hours away mind you)

I did learn that I can probably make my sunroof not "leak" by retrieving the rear water tray that I thought was just a piece of trim for cosmetics. It is stuck back on the sliding roof rails.

I primarily wanted to get a look at some of the small plastic pieces to see if it would ever be possible to get some made after market.
