Unhappy Speedometer Jiggling / not working

Car has been sitting a lot lately due to not being able to get to work on it since starting a new heavy job, just started it few days ago to see this new issue pop up! was wondering if its been seen before and if there is any easy fixes to try and reset it.
Here is the google photos video link https://photos.app.goo.gl/p7YMqCWFmR4YvCsq7
Also the fuel guage arm is pointing to the flooded position. Haven't driven it so not sure if that's accurate or not. Also yes speed arm doesn't move with gas pedal applied. Thanks for any help

Speedo behavior is caused by a missing right rear wheel speed sensor signal - an OBDII reader will show you codes including that one.
can't help on the other indicator acting weird

Thank you for the heads up. Already had a check engine light so wasn't sure if it would catch this as well and my friend was borrowing my OBDII! I'll check it tomorrow and post codes.

Swap both of your rear wheel speed sensors to see if the speedometer returns to normal.
