Spongy brakes with good pads/rotors, what causes that?

My brake pedal's definitely softer & travelling down further, it just started today(fluid's optimal level). Going to try & find a place to do a brake flush on the 4th of July, wish me luck lol. Fluid hasn't been done during my tenure, so it's due anyways.

Could check the brake booster vacuum check valve, and associated vacuum lines, could be a loss of vacuum during braking.
Next thing would be brake master-cylinder seals leaking back to the reserviour.
Next would/could be leaking seals at the caliper pistons, but should be easy to see any leaks there.

Developed a spongy brake pedal Friday, no visible leaks @ proper fluid level etc. Booked a mobile company to come flush it this morning. They did so & it's back perfect, tech said there was air in the rear left. Came to my house & $5 cheaper than Jiffy Lube, I deem this a win lol.
