Steering Fluid Cooler

Its leaking very slightly at the pipe union with the "hairbrush" cooling section (rack to cooler pipe). My only reasonable choice is to replace the whole assembly with a good used one .
What tool do i need to remove the hose from the rack pipe - its one of those quick fit affairs I think or is there a reliable alternative method. The rest is just hose clips which should be OK.

I have attached some excerpts from the X308 tech manual. The fitting requires a special tool. I think from looking at it you can probably get it at the local auto store. The lowest illustration is for the same connector used on the fuel system. I know the parts stores have plastic tool sets for fuel system work.
